About Me

I am a chronic yo-yoer I lost weight one year ago and gained it back.  I vowed to stay in maintenance for at least one year, I have done that.  Now I am trying to make fitness a priority.  It has been slow going but the food practices are sitting now I just need to make exercise a habit.

I have been very successful eliminating debt in the past year and not getting back into it.  I am hoping I can use a similar approach to be just as successful with losing weight and finally keeping it off this year.
